The items needs to be return must be along with original packaging, The price should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused, & in undamaged condition
In case of return amount below Rs.5000/- customer can exchange the product & go for another Lopamudra product.
In case of return amount more than rs 5000/- customer may demand refund of amount in that case shipping & cod charges are deducted & remaing amount will be credited to customers bank account.
